Venango County Fair Rental Fees Effective January, 2010 Auditorium (40’ X 60’), with Kitchen & Restrooms ____$150.00 per day, with a $150 deposit which can then be used for the rental (if no damage is done) or returned after rental is paid. Auditorium without kitchen $125.00 per day. Hourly rental for Auditorium with kitchen $35.00 per hour (2 hour minimum). Log Cabin (27 X 48), ____$100.00 per day, with a $100 deposit which can then be used for the rental (if no damage is done) or be returned after rent is paid. Hourly rental is $28.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) Downstairs Meeting Room (1500 Sq. Ft.), ____ $100.00 per day. Hourly rental is $25.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) Entire Grounds Rental, Rental of the entire grounds is available from May 1st to July 1st at a price to be negotiated with the Fair Board. Rentals are charged for the amount of time you use the facility. Day rates are for a 24 hour period. Hourly rates are charged from the time the key is picked up until property is vacated. A THIRTY DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTALS NOTE: When renting any part of the Fairgrounds for a FUND RAISING PROJECT (personal or commercial), The Fair Association requires ALL renters provide a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE ( naming Venango County Fair as “additional Insured”) FOR $1,000,000 LIABILITY. If you do not have the required insurance, you may be named on the Fair’s policy as an additional insured for a fee of $85.00. This fee must be included with your contract. ****************************************************************************************************** When renting any of the Fairgrounds for activities that require overnight camping, a $20.00 per night per camp site fee will be required for ALL campers. It is the responsibility of the renter to collect the fee for the campsites and turn it in to the Fair Office. The camping fee is in addition to the grounds rental fees. RENTER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY THEMSELVES OR THEIR GUESTS |
